V-BIKE TICKET PRICES AND RENTAL FEES

Payable for use: Ticket price + Rental fee

There is no extra cost for using bicycles in any half-hour rental period for the type of ticket/pass purchased. If you rent the bicycle for more than half an hour, the system will charge an additional cost every half hour.

If you buy a 24 hours, 72 hours, or 7 days ticket, the system will block HUF 10 000 as a deposit in the customer's bank account.

Within 24 hours of the expiration of the validity period of the purchased ticket, we will release the remaining amount of the deposit and our system will give a signal to the customer's bank. Thereafter, the released amount will be used again in the bank account, depending on the customer's account-holding bank. This process takes 5 banking days at best.

The valid ticket gives the user the right to rent one bike with the maximum rental period of 10 hours per occasion.

REGULAR USERS

For regular users, we recommend our 6 month or annual passes. If you want to buy a pass, you can find the list of sales points on the screen of the terminal under the menu item SALES POINTS

Passes can be purchased together with the card application and the extension of the card validity at card sales points.

Discounted passes can be bought by presenting a valid student ID card

For Veszprém Card owners, once per calendar year, the price of a six-month V-Bike pass is HUF 500 instead of HUF 5.000.

In addition each card has to be topped up with 2000 HUF. The balance topped up on a pass or on a new pass purchased within one month after the expiry of a previous pass may be used during the validity of the pass. After a pass expires, the unused balance will be refunded to the User at Card Sales Points within the period of one month after expiry. The rental fee is deducted from the amount of money topped up on the card.

The valid ticket entitles you to rent a bike for a maximum period of 10 hours per occasion. If you do not return the rented bike to one of the docking stations within 10 hours, we will report the bike as missing and look for it.
